Ulamat.site is a values-based social media platform designed to connect Muslims and non-Muslims interested in Islamic knowledge, discussion, and community. The Platform is intended for educational, social, and religious discourse grounded in respect, honesty, and Islamic ethics.
4. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must NOT:
• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or harassing
• Share content that promotes violence, hatred, extremism, or discrimination
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or commercial solicitations
• Share sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Exploit, harm, or threaten minors in any way
• Impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your identity
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Collect user data without consent or scrape the Platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Post content that violates intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in or promote any illegal activity
We actively moderate content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating the Platform.
You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms

7. Advertising
Ulamat.site may display third-party advertisements, including those served by Google AdSense. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may appear alongside user content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its design, code, logo, and original content — are owned by Ulamat.site or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
9. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to:

10. Account Termination

11. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ULAMAT.SITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULAMAT.SITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ulamat.site and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis.
15. Changes to These Terms
